9 | Intellectual Property. All content and software on Uhob are owned or licensed by Uhob GmbH. User-generated content remains yours, but by uploading, you grant Uhob a license to operate and display your content. Output is licensed as per your subscription plan.

10. Service Interruptions
Uhob GmbH may suspend services for maintenance, force majeure, security incidents, or other justified reasons. We aim to restore services promptly but are not liable for resulting losses.

11. License for Service Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Uhob. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution is prohibited. Feedback you provide may be used without compensation.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Uhob GmbH is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the six months before the claim.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Uhob GmbH against claims or damages resulting from your use, breach of terms, or rights violations.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany. Informal resolution is encouraged before legal action.
